UK - Free Shipping:

This offer extends to all products available on our website.

 

Europe - £25 to £50:

For our exclusive Hugo line of products, a fixed shipping cost of £250 applies for deliveries within Europe.

 

Rest of World - £100 to £250:

The shipping rate varies based on the specific product. To determine the shipping cost for your desired product, kindly proceed to the checkout.

 

Please note: that NewMed is not responsible for any local import duties or taxes when exporting orders outside of the United Kingdom. 

UK Delivery

  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Our commitment is to process orders within 24 hours whenever possible.
  • We have an average of 1-2 days delivery time for shipments within the UK.
  • Larger items are shipped through DPD, while smaller items are efficiently handled by Royal Mail.

International Delivery

  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Our commitment is to process orders within 24 hours whenever possible.
  • We have an average of 2-7 days delivery time for shipments outside of the UK.
  • Larger items are shipped through DHL or UPS, while smaller items are efficiently handled by Royal Mail International.

US & Canada Delivery

We do not ship to the United States or Canada.

 

Unfortunately logistical issues and high costs prevent us shipping our products from our UK office to the United States or Canada. We apologise to our US & Canadian customers for the inconvenience and we hope to resume shipping in the future.

brexit/ taxes when ordering outside of the uk

Our listed prices include UK VAT (or state which VAT option is selected), if your shipping address is outside of the UK this tax will be removed from your total price at checkout however you may still be charged taxes by your order destination country.

 

Please note the VAT is only removed from your order total once you have reached the payment page and you will see a notification to say the price has been updated based on your shipping address.

 

You may also notice some of our products already have a "VAT exempt" option due to the UK VAT exemption scheme, if you are outside the UK you can select this product option however it is not necessary as any UK VAT will be automatically removed at checkout.

are the products in stock?

While we maintain stock for every product on our website, there might be rare instances where an item is temporarily sold out, and we are awaiting a shipment from the manufacturer. In such cases, we assure you of immediate updates on the shipment's status. Rest assured; we will keep you informed until your device reaches you.

what if no stock level or availability is displayed on the product page?

If the product you desire is marked as "Sold out" or currently unavailable for order on the product page, it indicates that we, unfortunately, no longer stock this particular item. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to us via our contact form or by calling us at 0808 168 9282. Our team is ready to assist you in finding a suitable alternative device that aligns with your needs and preferences.
